What can I expect from woo-hoo! Experience?
Going beyond traditional education, woo-hoo! gives children the opportunity to sharpen numerous fundamental skills – including critical thinking, problem solving, gross motor development, social collaboration and executive functions – while incorporating science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics (STEAM). The best part? It's all done through hands-on play, with nonstop fun!

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
woo-hoo! is a fully indoor Children's Museum, designed to provide safe, comfortable, and engaging experiences for families all year round. No matter the weather, guests can enjoy hands-on fun in our climate-controlled space.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes! woo-hoo! is a fully air-conditioned indoor venue, ensuring a cool, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for families—no matter the weather outside.
How long does the experience last?
Each standard visit to woo-hoo! includes 2 hours of gallery exploration. Some ticket types also include an additional 30-minute activity, such as a workshop or special studio session. Families are encouraged to check their ticket details to know exactly what's included.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes! Families can visit The Nest, woo-hoo!'s on-site café, offering a selection of coffee, fresh pastries, sandwiches, snacks, and more. It's the perfect spot to refuel and recharge during or after a fun-filled visit.
Are there any food options available within the museum? Can visitors bring their own food and beverages?
We do not allow outside food and drinks in the venue. However, we offer a wide range of healthy and organic food options for your little ones at our in-house cafe - The Nest.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Absolutely! Guests are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use during their visit—woo-hoo! moments are meant to be captured and cherished. However, professional equipment or commercial filming requires prior approval from the team.
Is there parking available?
We don't offer parking facilities on-site. However, there are plenty of RTA parking spaces available around the venue that you can utilize.
About tickets
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets through the Fever App (available on Google Play or the Apple App Store) or on the Fever website.
What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for the experience can be purchased on Fever and in-store at the Children's Museum.
Do you have full-day tickets?
Currently we do not offer full-day ticket admission. However, we often have seasonal tickets that include extended general admission access. For more updates, please check our social media channels @woohoouae.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from Google Play or the Apple App Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
What is your refund and exchange policy?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your event. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the Change date and/or time button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
Can we book a visit as a group?
If you would like to visit us with a larger group of children and/or adults, please get in touch with us via group booking section, and we will connect you with the team that can assist you in arranging your visit.
Can I book a birthday party at woo-hoo!?
Absolutely! We’d love to be part of your child’s special day. Our birthday packages offer a variety of exciting options, from gallery play and interactive workshops to food & beverage choices and much more! For more details, please visit here.
Is there a minimum number of children required to avail the birthday party package?
A minimum booking of 10 children is required to host a Birthday Party.
Does woo-hoo! have a school trip package available and if so, how can we proceed with the booking?

About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Yes, it's recommended that guests arrive on time to make the most of their scheduled session. Each ticket includes a set duration.
What happens if I arrive late?
Guests who arrive late may still join their session; however, missed time cannot be added or extended. It's best to arrive on time to enjoy the full experience.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
For the safety and comfort of all visitors, pets and animals are not allowed inside the museum; not even service animals.
Is the event wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Food, drinks, and gum – Only allowed inside The Nest café. No outside restaurant food is permitted. Loose personal items – Mobile phones, coins, keys, and small toys should not be taken into climbing or cave areas, as they may fall or cause injury. Dangling accessories – Watches, necklaces, bracelets, or long jewelry are not safe while climbing or exploring.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, you won't find strobe lights at woo-hoo!. Our galleries are designed to be bright, playful, and comfortable for children of all ages. We use natural and colourful lighting that sparks curiosity, but we avoid strobe effects or harsh flashing lights that could bother little eyes or guests with sensitivities. If a gallery uses special lighting for effects (like coloured shadows or glowing art), it's always gentle and safe — and our team is happy to guide families who might have concerns.
Are there chairs available onsite?
The Nest café has tables and chairs where families can relax, enjoy a snack, or take a short break. Party rooms are equipped with benches for children and guests during celebrations and events. Please note: There aren't general chairs spread throughout the museum galleries — woo-hoo! is designed to encourage active play and movement. If you need assistance with seating, our team will be happy to guide you to the available areas.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes! Restrooms are conveniently located throughout the venue, including child-friendly facilities for families. woo-hoo! also provides an accessible toilet, a private nursing room, and diaper changing stations to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests.
Is there an age requirement?
woo-hoo! is designed for children aged 0 to 12, with experiences tailored to different developmental stages. Some activities, such as workshops or specialty studios, may have minimum age requirements (typically ages 2+ or 3+), which are noted in the ticket details. All children must be accompanied by an adult during their visit.

Can I leave my child at woo-hoo!?
woo-hoo! is a children's museum where parents and children can spend bonding time together. We require a parent or guardian to be present with their child at all times during their visit to woo-hoo!
What is the entry fee for Children of Determination and their guardians?
Children with determination have free access to our general admission experience at woo-hoo! This admission includes complimentary entry for one child and one adult to explore our galleries.
What will my 1-year-old be able to do in woo-hoo!?
We have a variety of engaging activities designed specifically for young children, including those who are just 1 year old. Your little one can enjoy our Toddler's Treehouse, equipped with sensory play activities, books, and toys suitable for learners aged 3 years and below. All the galleries in the museum are designed to stimulate their senses and encourage exploration. Additionally, you can visit our in-house cafe, The Nest, where you can use the complimentary books and children's games while enjoying our range of healthy snacks and beverages.
Do we need to bring socks?
Socks are a must in certain galleries (Toddler's Treehouse, Clever Climber and woo-town!). If you forgot yours, no worries! You can grab a pair from woo-hoo!'s reception for just 10 AED.
Do I need to bring extra clothes?
We always advise bringing an extra set of clothes because children can get quite involved in the activities. While we do provide raincoats and artist aprons in certain areas, having spare clothes ensures they remain comfortable throughout their visit.
Will there be someone who will be with us during the visit?
Our Curiosity Crew is always available to guide children and parents through our galleries. They are knowledgeable about the exhibits, explaining how to use them, and guiding visitors through the outcomes of each activity. Each gallery has a dedicated crew member to assist you every step of the way.
Can I bring my stroller to the museum?
Yes, you can bring your stroller inside the museum. To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for everyone at woo-hoo!, we provide designated stroller parking for our guests. Please ask our reception team for directions on where you can leave your stroller.
What are the Expression and Colour Flow Studios?
The Expression and Colour Flow Studios are woo-hoo!'s newest interactive art galleries designed for children to explore painting in creative, hands-on ways. From splashing paint to pouring colour on 3D figures, each studio offers a unique and guided experience that sparks imagination. Expression Studio is all about energy and movement! Children use brushes, spray bottles, sponges, and more to create expressive, large-format paintings on canvas. Colour Flow Studio focuses on fluid art, where children pour and layer paint onto 3D figures, discovering how colours move and mix in mesmerizing ways.
