TERMS AND CONDITIONS for Birthday Parties
• All guests and visitors must follow the rules and regulations of the Facility and each of its galleries.
• There will be one designated host for the duration of the birthday party celebration.
• Guests can be seated in café and party rooms during meal time for a total of 30 min which is inclusive of the 2 hours.
• The final attendance for the party must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the booking date.
• Slight changes in guests’ attendance are acceptable, however please note that additional food may not be available.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit must be made to confirm the booking.
• Once the food orders have been placed we cannot offer a refund on those items.
• The cake will be sliced and served by our team once the celebrant has cut the cake during the birthday celebration.
• To be compliant with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and the Dubai Municipality (DM) guidelines, please note that no outside food will be allowed at the venue.
• Party room can be provided to guests for setting up any decor 20 minutes prior to the meal time only.
• All food orders must be placed 48 hours in advance. Food orders placed on the day will be subject to supplier confirmation and a minimum time of 45 minutes for delivery must be considered.
• External (external partner or personal) decorations are not permitted.
• If any items for table set up are brought by the party host, they must be set up by the party host in the time allotted in the party room before the cake cutting. woo-hoo! cannot guarantee a member of staff to do this and would be subject to availability.
