Ramadan Pass Terms & Conditions

The woo-hoo! Ramadan Journey Pass is complimentary with the purchase of any General Admission ticket at woo-hoo! Dubai and can be collected in-store at the reception.
In order to be availed, woo-hoo!'s Ramadan Journey Pass needs to be presented at the reception during every visit to the venue. The reception team will add 1 (one) stamp per visit on the pass.
Please note, that if the Ramadan Journey Pass is lost or stolen, it cannot be redeemed.
Please note that all customers have to complete the entire journey mapped in the Ramadan Pass to avail the free General Admission ticket within the Ramadan month.
On the second visit the card holder can avail a 20% discount on their entire Nest bill.
On the third visit the card holder will receive a free beverage from the Nest, woo-hoo!’s in-house café.
On the fourth visit the card holder can avail of the 20% discount on a workshop of their choice.
Upon receiving all the stamps, the Ramadan Pass holder will receive a free General Admission ticket to woo-hoo!
Please note that the Ramadan Pass can be used any day during the holy month of Ramadan.
The redemption of the final gift (Free General Admission entry) is valid until the end of Ramadan 2025.
