woo-hoo! Ambassador Contest Terms and Conditions

Contest period: The registration is open from 17th March to 20th May 2025

Eligibility: The participants must be within 4-12 years of age and must be UAE residents

How to enter: The applicant (parent) must share contact details and pictures of the participant (child), and also mention the relevant reasons to be chosen as woo-hoo!’s ambassador.

Photo entry specifications:

• Contest Photos must comply with the following specifications.
• Clear & bright photo.
• No logo or watermark.
• Showcase the entrants face closeup, full body photo.

Rules about photo content:

• Be your original creation, and be a photograph taken solely by you.
• Reproducing, modifying, enhancing or altering a third party's pre-existing work does not qualify as your original creation.
• Must not be explicit, offensive, obscene and must not be derogatory toward any ethnicity, race, gender and religion.

• Be a part of woo-hoo!'s photoshoots, video shoots and brand messaging.

  • Winners will be announced in batches, on 20th March, 20th April and 20th May 2025
  • The selected applicants will be contacted by email or call and notified that they are eligible to win.
  • The applicant will receive an email, the contract of declaration of eligibility and a liability/publicity release and the selected applicant will be required to sign and return within one business day. woo-hoo! will then publicly announce and declare the woo-hoo!'s Brand Ambassador.
  • If a selected applicant cannot be reached within one calendar day of selection or there is no return of our notification then woo-hoo! reserves the right to select an alternate applicant from among the remaining eligible entries.
  • woo-hoo!’s management holds the right to cancel or suspend any application.

  • woo-hoo! reserves the right to cancel, suspend, withdraw or amend this Contest in any way, without prior notice or obligation.
  • By entering the contest, woo-hoo! has the right to use the participants' content for marketing purposes.
  • Multiple entries will be disqualified.
  • All data submitted remains confidential and will not be used unless a consent form is signed between the parent and woo-hoo!'s management.
  • All Entries are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. woo-hoo! reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility.
  • By participating, you irrevocably, perpetually, and without limitation, grant woo-hoo! the right to use, publish, edit, and/or modify the photo.
